ITOPF

The International Tanker Owners Pollution Federation (ITOPF) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to developing technical services that support effective response to ship-sourced marine pollution. PIT Solutions built the fully responsive TYPO3 website together with Liquidlight, an award-winning UK web design agency, to showcase the range of services ITOPF provides to its members.

ITOPF serves tanker owner members and associate ship owners, as well as their oil pollution insurers, and carries out further work on behalf of governments and intergovernmental bodies such as the International Oil Pollution Compensation Funds (IOPC Funds). The site includes a searchable case study database that visitors can browse through filters or an interactive map, plus an extensive knowledge and resources section drawing on ITOPF's own library of books, reports, conference papers and technical articles on oil pollution and clean-up techniques.
