Guetnacht

Guetnacht is a mobile app developed on the Ionic platform, a framework for building hybrid applications that run on both iOS and Android devices.

Guetnacht is aimed at children, offering charming Swiss bedtime stories and songs. It is very simple to use: children tap the play button to listen to any story from the available list, and its friendly user interface makes it especially appealing for kids.

Users can play, pause, or stop the stories and download the songs for offline listening, so the app also works without an internet connection.

Administrators can update the stories at regular intervals by adjusting the playlist on the server; the changes take effect the next time the app is restarted.
