EDGE Empower® is a workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) platform developed by EDGE Strategy, a Swiss-based organisation with internationally recognised certification standards.

The platform gives organisations the tools, data, and credibility to act on their equity commitments rather than simply state them. It brings assessment, analytics, compliance management, action planning, and certification preparation into one place, helping HR leaders, Chief People Officers, sustainability teams, and DEI practitioners across multinational organisations close the gap between stated commitments and demonstrable progress for employees, investors, and regulators.

EDGE Empower® analyses equity across three dimensions: what an organisation's policies and practices say it stands for, what workforce data shows is actually happening, and how employees experience it day to day.
