Balu Property

Balu Property is an app built specifically for property owners, tenants, and contractors. Its goal is to coordinate and assign work orders, with all parties communicating through the same application.

When a tenant needs a service around their apartment, they log into the app and can upload and view photos of the issue. The building owner receives an instant notification whenever a tenant posts something, and can then request quotes from different contractors. Once the owner selects the right contractor, the job is assigned directly within the app. This automates and centralizes the entire repair process. Owners, tenants, and contractors can all track progress within the app, and tenants can also rate contractors based on the completed work.
