ADES AG is a company in Switzerland that specializes in labeling solutions, label printers, barcode scanners, ribbons, and label rolls.
As part of digitally upgrading and implementing systems that let their customers find the right label or thermal transfer ribbon, PIT Solutions designed and developed the ADES app. Customers can browse a wide range of labels and thermal transfer ribbons manufactured and distributed by ADES: just by entering the printer brand and model, they get the right suggestion. Further filter options — by size, colour, material, adhesive, and more — refine the search. Customers can add the products they need to a watch list and send enquiries directly by filling out a form, receiving the offer by email.
The launch of this application to the market has helped to improve ADES’s business as well as its customer interaction.
