  • User management deals with creation, modification, assigning areas, setting privileges to the sales executives and deletion of sales executives in the system. Administrator or a user with respective privileges can manage all the users in the system.
  • Area management deals with provisions to add/remove/edit areas. New area can be added easily with the name and area code as input details.
  • Language management deals with provisions to add/remove languages from a list of languages. By default we provide 3 languages- English, German and French. All languages except English can be deleted. In order to add a language, select a language from the drop down list and press the “Add” button.
  • Customer management deals with provisions to add/edit/delete a sales opportunity. Sales executive can fill in a registration form to publish the sales opportunities in their area. These sales opportunities are stored in the database for tracking and this information as an email to the other sales executive of that region for further tracking.
  • Email Management module helps to import contacts from your online email account.
  • Group Management module helps to add/edit/delete/assign area/assign Sales Executives to groups.
  • Newsletter Management module helps to add/edit/delete/send newsletter.
  • Sales Management Tool supports Report generation of customers. All these reports are generated in excel format for printing. The reports help sales executives to understand the sales opportunities in detail.
